Investor Relations Analyst (m/f/x)

What you can expect:

Investor relations (IR) is responsible for all communication with the capital market (equity & debt) including all financial publications. This is achieved through effective and consistent communication with current and future investors, e.g., institutional and retail investors, financial market analysts (equity, debt, and rating), as well as other public opinion leaders. IR represents RBI to the financial community and serves as the main point of contact for the financial community, while also acting as an intermediary between the Board of Management and the financial community. We are looking for a motivated investor relations analyst who is eager to learn.

You will contribute to the investor relations team by:

  • Preparing materials for quarterly and FY results publications, as well as special projects
  • Conducting peer monitoring, analysis of external market information and report relevant findings
  • Planning, developing and implementing investor relations activities
  • Drafting and editing of texts, in German and in English and focusing both on accuracy of content and language
  • Participating in ad hoc projects

What you bring to the table:

  • Rel­e­vant expe­ri­ence: cap­i­tal mar­kets and bank­ing ide­al­ly, but more impor­tant­ly we val­ue expe­ri­ence where you can demon­strate your eager­ness to learn and dive into new top­ics, your strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills and abil­i­ty to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You are a native Ger­man or Eng­lish speaker,
  • with an uni­ver­si­ty degree (Bachelor/Master) in finance, busi­ness, mar­ket­ing or similar
  • and a high inter­est in cap­i­tal markets.
  • You trust in your out­stand­ing writ­ten communication,
  • and take pride in your excel­lent ana­lyt­i­cal and orga­ni­za­tion­al skills, and a struc­tured approach to work.
  • And of course, we are look­ing for a flex­i­ble and self-moti­vat­ed team player.
